The Tunis Stock Exchange participates in the Entrepreneurial Fair in Sfax

The Tunis Stock Exchange will be present at the Salon de l'Entreprise, in collaboration with the Konrad Adenauer-KAS Foundation, which will take place on February 26 and 27, 2020 at the Sfax Business Center.

 

This fair which brings together the main actors of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Tunisia, constitutes for the Stock Exchange teams a major event for:

 

  •     The dissemination of stock market culture by popularizing the stock market, its concepts and mechanisms,
  •     Presentation of the InvestiaEntreprise program to facilitate access by SMEs to non-bank financing,
  •     Information on the new organization of the alternative market, exclusively intended for sophisticated investors, and more suited to the expectations of SMEs,
  •     The promotion of substantial tax incentives offered to companies that go public, especially on the alternative market.

 

It is recalled that the objective of the InvestiaEntreprise Program is to facilitate 120 SMEs to access non-bank financing, by raising funds from private equity players, by IPO or by bond issue.
